zomg! it's billy corgan!

So, Cam and I went out this morning on a quest to find everything to make an awesome new computer (fyi: we found everything, yay!). Were in the middle of Auckland, at the top of K road waiting at the lights, when Billy Corgan slopes in front of our car.

Observations:
- He's quite thin, has a rather gaunt face these days.
- He has a funny, loping style of walk.
- He had a very cool old style camera & was heading down to Grafton Cemetary.

I wish I was going to the concert tonight. :( I went to their last one in '96. It was awesome.

He's the lead singer of the Smashing Pumpkins, whose music were a very formative part of my teenage years. I will always love them, even if their new album hasn't impressed me much.

It was very neat. My boyfriend and I were tempted to try and find him, but I'd be too shy to actually approach him.
