i was too tired to do this when i got home

This was actually... pretty awesome. I still think Empire Strikes Back is the best so far, but I honestly think this would be a close second.

Good things:

1. The acting has actually improved - I think Hayden Whatshisface was probably looking forward to this movie much more than he pevious one & it shows.

2. The dialogue at times was a bit clunky - but overall much improved.

3. The opening starship battle was cool. :)

4. There was actually one Anakin/Padme scene that I found cute - & kind of bought the relationship.

5. Anakin's descent into the Dark Side was actually quite well done.

6. The fight between Yoda & Darth Sidious was very cool - and didn't come off as cheesy as Yoda's fight with Count Dooku in the previous movie.

7. When Padme told Anakin he was breaking her heart - I totally bought it. I almost got a little teary.

8. The fight between Obi Wan & Anakin. Wow. I mean. Really.

9. I am so happy Lucas went to a really dark place for this movie - it really needed it after the rather messy two previous movies. Having Anakin kill the children was just horrific. And then Obi Wan cutting his legs & arm off. Yeeee!

10. Oh - and Jarjar in the background & not a word spoken, just awesome. Awesome!


Not so good things:

1. Plotholes. But you know what? I don't care. :P

2. Honestly? I don't think I can handle putting bad stuff about the movie here. Sorry.

I'd just like to end by pointing out that - if you've got kids under 12, I would seriously watch the movie before thinking about taking them to see this. There is some seriously fucked up stuff in this movie.

Which is why I think I love it. :)
