Every time there is talk of the X-Men movies there is much wailing and gnashing of teeth over the exclusion of Gambit.
Am I the only person who hates Gambit? Really?! The only one? Sadness. :(
I liked Gambit when he first appeared and was hanging out with kid!Storm. But then he joined the X-men & decided that he really liked Rogue & thought the most awesome thing to would be to fuck with her emotions by using his empathic ability on her. That's when they lost me. He had so many other interesting storylines to explore (OMG! TRAITOR OF THE X-MEN!) but no, they decided to create this craptastic "romance" that people love so much. It's part of the reason I gave up on most of the X-comics for a while.
*sigh* I just had to get that out. I feel happier now. :)
